Lester J. Bolster was born March 15, 1959 in Hibbing, MN. He passed away on the evening of Friday, March 30, 2018. He is survived by his son Mark (Crystal) Bolster and granddaughter Alexia Bolster, also a daughter and two other sons and their children, mother Peggy Harrison, sister Elizabeth (Ron) Phillips and niece Kelly (David) Harrington, as well as other extended family. He is also survived by his good friends Kevin and Richard who have helped care for him the past few years.
Lester lived a full life on his own terms. He did not judge anyone and was a friend to as many people as he could be. He was a hard worker, dedicated to providing for his family. Among his many career choices, he enjoyed auto transport, driving mail truck, cutting firewood in the mountains and any other opportunity that came his way. He enjoyed it all. While he was a hard worker, he also knew how to have fun, providing many laughs and stories for his family and friends to enjoy. While some may not see it that way, those who truly knew and loved him, knew who he really was.
Lester was preceded in death by his father Clyde Raymond Bolster and his dad Elmer Milton Harrison.
Special thanks to all medical staff who have helped care for Lester these last few years, including his hospice worker Denise and her coworkers.
With Lester, life was an adventure. Not a good adventure or a bad adventure, but an unforgettable adventure nonetheless.
