Brent Tyler Scott Montgomery (Tyler), 31, passed away on June 30th, 2024 in Union Gap, Washington.
Tyler was born on May 20th, 1993, in Federal Way, WA. He was born to Terie L. and Robert R. Montgomery.
Tyler spent most of his life in the Pacific Northwest before traveling the country in his mid 20s. Before living in Utah for 5 yrs and eventually calling California home.
Tyler was a loving father, he was the happiest when he was home with his 3 kids. Doing projects or making a fort in the living room with them. He loved to fish, swim, skateboard, snowboard and was learning to surf.
Tyler had worked many jobs in his life, as a mechanic, truck driver but found true happiness in helping others as a counselor.
Tyler had recently gone back to school, Where he received his highschool diploma and also a scholarship to get his BA degree.
Tyler, my Son, You are missed dearly and loved very much by me and your friends and family. Through tear filled eyes, we all call you to come home to us. Goodbyes are the hardest when the story isn't finished.
He is survived by his 3 children Sophia, Lucas and Ryker. He is survived by his parents Robert (his person) and Dixie Montgomery, Terie and Ron Shaffer. He is also survived by his best friend and brother Blake Montgomery, his brother Jeremy, and his 7 sisters Sherie, Jessica, Kayleigh, Summer, Kyra, Kiya and Mikayla. And all his cousins, nieces and nephews.
There will be a Private Friends and Family Celebration of Tylers Life and Candle Light Vidil on August 11, 2024. This is a sober event.
