Jack Moseman was born on May 2, 1938 and peacefully passed away on August 14, 2024, in Yakima, Wa.
Beloved "Papa Jack" was a Veteran of the United States Army and Airforce Reserve. Later becoming a well-respected Chef. He was a beloved Preschool Teacher for Head Start for many years, along with volunteering at Camp Prime Time and The Pegasus Project. He was very proud of all of these things!
Jack enjoyed camping, fishing with his buddies, wood and leather working, playing "Left-Right-Center" with his friends at Rimrock Lake, (You know who you are!) Bingo, Poker and Corn Hole. He was such a fun guy!
We will all miss his campfire stories, old cowboy songs, sense of humor and his genuine kind heart.
He is survived by his brother, Rich of Arizona, his adopted families and treasured friends.
He will be laid to rest at a future date, next to the love of his life, Kathy.
Please join us for a potluck celebration for Papa on Saturday, September 21st from 1-3pm at the American Legion-1120 N. 34th Ave. Bring a dish if you'd like.
